rules for bidders:
once you place a offer, you ARE NOT ALLOWED to withdraw the offer.
you may place a higher offer with different items. but not completly take you're offer out if you're on top.

don't go "I bid apple, 2 minutes later and a pear"
if you WANT TO ADD TO YOU'RE PREVIOUS BID you would say "I bid apple, (2 minutes later when bid is topped) i'll bid a pear and a apple"
(If you don't follow this rule, you're new offer is only the items you list. COMPLETE OFFER NEEDS TO BE LISTED EACH AND EVERY TIME.)


rules for auction holders:
once you "list" a item up for auction you MUST follow through with picking a winner and sending it.
(Unless you say BEFORE THE AUCTION: I reserve the right to keep my item if I am not content with offers)

It is up to you who wins, value has NOTHING to do with auctions, if you like some items better simply state that is why someone won with "less valued" items.

If the item you're auctioning is a HIGHLY wanted item or a LOT of people are bidding and counter bidding, the LONGEST time     ALLOWED       is 15 minutes for big auctions, smaller should be around 5

If the auction ends and someone thinks they can top the final bidding offer then they get ONE Offer to try to top it, if they do the other party gets one shot to top it and on and on and on etc. until one party stops.
